How does Agent Factory work?
Agent Factory is a fully automated, RFID-powered
attraction where players complete short physical, mental,
and skill-based missions. Players wear wristbands, scan
into missions, and earn scores tracked on live leaderboards
- encouraging replay, competition, and return visits.
Is Agent Factory easy to integrate into an existing
entertainment venue?
Yes - its modular design and low sta昀케ng requirement make
it an ideal add-on to arcades, FECs, trampoline parks, escape
room hubs, or standalone entertainment zones.
How long from agreement to operation?
What do I get when I purchase an Agent Factory?
You receive a full turnkey solution: 15+ fully built missions,
game logic systems, RFID infrastructure, HUBs, props,
scoreboards, kiosks, software, CRM tools, training
materials, visual branding, and manuals - all delivered and
documented for smooth launch.
Are there warranties?
Yes. All constructions and electronics come with a 1-year
warranty. You’ll also receive spare parts and access to our
emergency and ticket-based support systems.
How should I prepare my venue for the Agent
Factory installation?
You’ll need to prepare interior walls, electrical and network
cabling to spec, climate systems (HVAC), basic painting, and
space for the reception and Game Master desk. A technical
preparation checklist is provided well in advance.

opening, depending on production queue and venue
readiness.
Are import tari昀昀s applicable to your products?
In many non-EU countries, import tari昀昀s are commonly
applied to the physical components of entertainment
installations - including materials and hardware. These are
typically handled by the client during customs clearance.
However, digital services such as software, design, and
branding are not subject to import duties (and often
represent nearly 50% of the total product invoice). We
assist clients in estimating and preparing for applicable
charges based on their location and import process.
